PERSONAL INJURY INSURANCE
The Club has personal injury insurnce coverage for all players on the Bronze level of insurnace with JLT Sports via the AFL National Risk Protection Program.

This insurance covers all players to a 50% reimbursement of costs to a maximum of $2000^*.  A $100^* excess is payable.  Only fees not covered by medicare or your personal health insurance company are covered.

It is highly recommended that all players take out their own personal insurance if they wish to be covered above and beyond the Bronze level from JLT Sport.

 AMBULANCE COVER
The Club also recommends that all players take out St John Ambulance cover if it is not already included in your personal health insurance policy.  If you already have personal health insurance it is available as an upgrade through most health insurance providers.

If you do not already have personal health insurance you can purchase St John Ambulance Cover from HBF for $39^* per year for individuals or have your family covered for $78^*.   If you are not admitted to hospital you will only need to pay $50^* instead of the $370+^* you would pay without the insurance.  If you are admitted to hospital you you pay nothing.
